<자연과 인간, 우리는 어디에서 왔을까? Where Do We (Nature and Human) Come From?>

힌두교 우주론에 따르면, 우주는 하나의 우주 알에서 탄생했다. 이 알에는 일곱 개의 층이 있었다. 

이 작품에서 표현된 것은 그 일곱 번째이자 마지막 층으로, 반쯤 깨진 달걀 모양의 알루미늄 철사로 만들어져 있다. 

이는 자연과 인간이 같은 기원에서 나왔다는 것을 상징한다. 천은 자연을, 알루미늄은 인간 세계를 나타낸다. 이 작품은 ‘비이원성’이라는 개념을 반영한다. 

즉, 자연과 인간은 분리된 것이 아니라 하나라는 뜻이다.

In Hindu cosmology, the universe emerged from a cosmic egg. This egg had seven layers. 

In this work, the seventh and final layer - made of aluminum wires shaped like a half - cracked egg - symbolizes the shared origin of nature and humans.

Cloth represents nature; aluminum, the human world.

The piece reflects the concept of non - duality: that nature and humans are not separate, but one.

Madder - dyed (natural dye out of the Rubia Tinctorium plant’s roots), cotton canvases stitched together with aluminum wires and Gum Arabic (Acacia Gum)
